About This Policy

This site follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512). If you are a copyright owner, or you act for one, and you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, you can send us a notice. We review each valid notice and act on it quickly.

Please read this page fully before you send a report. A complete notice helps us fix the problem faster.

What This Site Hosts

Insta Pro APK is an information and download page for an Android app. The site is not connected to Instagram or Meta. All product names, logos and brands belong to their owners. They are used here only to name and describe the app.

If your report is about the app itself and not about our text, images or other content, you may need to contact the app developer or the platform that hosts the original file. We will still look at your notice and answer it.

How to File a DMCA Notice

1
Find the exact page

Copy the full URL of each page or file you want reviewed. General statements like “your site copies my work” are too vague to act on.

2
Show that the work is yours

Give the link to the original work, or describe it clearly. A registration number is helpful, but not always needed.

3
Write the notice

Include every item from the list below. Missing items can delay the review or make the notice invalid.

4
Send it by email

Use the email address in the contact section. Put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

What Your Notice Must Include

Your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person allowed to act for them.
The original work: a clear description of the copyrighted work you say was used without permission.
The location: the exact URL of the content on this site that you want removed or blocked.
Your contact details: your name, address, phone number and email address.
Good faith statement: a line saying you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent or the law.
Accuracy statement: a line saying the information in the notice is correct, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.

What We Do After a Notice

We check the notice

We make sure it has all the required items and that the URLs point to our site.

We act on valid notices

If the notice is complete, we remove the content or block access to it as soon as we reasonably can.

We tell the other side

We may pass your notice, with your contact details, to the person who is responsible for the content.

Please note that your name and message may be shared this way. If you do not want that, say so in your email, but we may then be unable to act on the notice.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. It must include the items below.

ItemWhat to write
SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.
The removed contentThe content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
Your statementA statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or wrong identification.
Your detailsYour name, address, phone number and email, and a line that you agree to the court jurisdiction of your area.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we send a copy to the person who filed the original notice. If they do not start a court case within 10 to 14 business days, we may put the content back.

Repeat Infringers

We keep a policy to end the access of users and contributors who repeatedly break copyright rules. We may remove content and block access without warning in such cases.

False Claims

Under section 512(f) of the DMCA, a person who knowingly gives false information in a notice or counter-notice can be responsible for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please send a notice only if you are sure about your claim. If you are not sure, ask a lawyer first.

Third-Party Links and Trademarks

This site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they host. For content on another site, you need to contact that site directly.

A trademark complaint is not the same as a copyright complaint. If your problem is about a trademark, tell us in your email and we will review it in the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a DMCA notice?
It is a written request from a copyright owner asking a website to remove or block content that uses their work without permission.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We try to reply within 3 to 5 business days. A complete notice with exact URLs is handled faster.
Can I send a notice if I am not the owner?
Only if you are allowed to act for the owner, for example as their agent or lawyer. Please say this clearly in your email.
Will my content be removed at once?
If the notice is complete and valid, we act as soon as we reasonably can. An incomplete notice may need more details first.
Does a DMCA notice stop the app from being used?
No. A notice is only about content on this website. It does not change anything in the app on a user’s phone.
